Dan Ehrmantraut

As Chief Financial Officer, Dan’s role is to modernize core financial processes, define and execute our overarching financial strategy, and ensure that AIS is well-positioned to be competitive in the cloud transformation space. Dan joined AIS as CFO in February of 2020, bringing 15 years of financial management and strategic planning experience to AIS. As a financial analyst at Lockheed Martin’s Enterprise Integration Group (EIG), Dan quickly moved into a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role with planning responsibilities for a $400M+ portfolio. After EIG’s sale to Veritas Capital, he played an integral role in standing up the accounting, financial, and planning systems within the new company, Vencore (now, Perspecta). At OGSystems, Dan’s efforts were crucial in growing a small business to a mid-size business, and as CFO, positioned the company for a successful acquisition by Parsons (NYSE:PSN). Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from George Mason University School of Business. Dan lives in Manassas, Virginia, with his wife and three children.
