Nicole Peace

As Chief People Officer, Nicole is responsible for all aspects of people operations as well as shaping and guiding a people strategy to support the organization’s growth. She oversees Human Resources, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Experience and Culture, Learning and Development, Security, and their combined efforts to attract, develop, reward, and retain top talent for AIS. Nicole joined AIS in 2021 as Vice President of Human Resources bringing over 12 years of HR leadership experience. In this role Nicole focused on modernizing processes and strategic planning to support the continued progression of AIS’s HR functions. Prior to joining AIS, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Metis Solutions where she developed and continuously expanded the HR department, benefits, and policies as the company evolved from a small to mid-size business. While at Metis Solutions Nicole also supported the successful acquisition and integration of Pluribus International and helped position the company for the eventual acquisition by PAE (NASDAQ: PAE, PAEWW). Nicole holds a BFA from the University of Miami where she studied art. She lives in Old Town Alexandria with her husband, two children and two Maine Coon cats.
