When you think of government, “creativity” and “collaboration” probably aren’t the first two words that come to mind.
However, on March 2, 2016 the Department of State, Department of Defense and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) will host the Diplomacy, Defense and Development (D3) Innovation Summit, an event to encourage greater innovation and collaboration on foreign policy issues critical to our national security and prosperity. The D3 Summit will highlight revolutionary technologies and new concepts that will benefit from joint collaboration among the Department of State, the Department of Defense, and USAID and aim to strengthen our national security, enhance diplomacy, and improve the lives of people around the globe.
Please join the DT:DC Leadership Team for a round-table discussion offering a look “behind the scenes look” of this ground-breaking event, moderated by Joshua Marcuse, founder of the Design and Innovation Practice at the Department of Defense. Participants will include the Leadership Team behind the D3 Innovation Summit from the Department of State, Department of Defense and USAID.
